Suggestion for Traditional Chinese localization:
OpenOffice.org Draw:
    Insert - Layer  --> 分層
OpenOffice.org Writer:
   Tools - Language - Chinese translation --> 中文繁簡轉換
   Insert - Frame AND Format - Frame/Object  Frame --> 框架
   Format - Paragraph - Text Flow --> 換行和分頁
All Modules:
   Picture Toolbar - Second buttion - Filter -->濾鏡

And the headline of "Euro Converter" window change to "歐元換算器"
