Hello.

After Korean NL page being staticized, the 'discussion forum' link doesn't
appear in the left menu bar. It used to appear in the left menu bar after
logging in the site. It probably casued by staticizing with before-login status.
I think, however, it would be better to make the link appear on the staticized page.

The project page itself has a link to the forum so it is not a critical issue.
It's just for consistency though. :-)

Hi, you are right, the missing forums link is a result of staticization.
The issue is a duplicate of issue 23840.
